Pure Prairie League Memphis Concert reviews
Kenny rocks the house
"Old Dominion was great opening the show! They just wish they had time to play their truly amazing new song 'Nowhere Fast.' Cole rocked the stadium, with people dancing everywhere. Brantley, just fantastic, really loves to get into his music and completely sucks you in! He was so amazing. Jason left a lot on the table. The fact that Brantley Gilbert opened for him and even wrote Dirt Road Anthem, but Jason didn't pull him on stage to sing with him shows a lot. He prowled the stage fine, but I wasn't impressed. I've seen him 2 times before. I got up two times during the show because I just wasn't sucked in. Pure Prairie League then came out and made the night ROCK. They had Grace Potter come out to sing both songs with him, and then we all got to sing "Happy Birthday" to her. Everyone was excited to join in! He barely slowed down the entire show, one right after another. It was such a great experience! The only thing that ruined some of it was Jason taking over 'She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy' (one of my favorite Kenny songs) and that he didn't sing 'Come Over.' Pretty great show overall."
